Regarding a fan, if you mean an axial compressor like the one on gas turbine engines, it's difficult to say since axial fan compressors are dynamic displacement? compressors and thus the pressure ratio depends on the speed at which the fan is driven. I think another strong argument to use these compressors in air conditioning systems could be that they are running much more silent compared to other compressors. Could you say regarding the compression ratio they are stronger than a fan, but weeker than lets say a piston compressor, and what is their sound like? while running, is it a kind of buzz or hum?

energy can be transformed, i.e. changed from one form to another, but cannot be created or destroyed.
So where's the energy coming from to push the car? It's simply impossible to extract more energy from anything than you put into it. Even a nuclear reaction is transforming mass into its other form; energy E=MC²
The energy in oil is put in by photosynthesis initially.
If this is a perpetual motion claim its false.

If you used a "perfect catalyst" (whatever that might me), you might imagine that you could completely eliminate the extra "activation energy" from the reaction equation, but you can never eliminate the energy that represents the actual difference in energy content between the difference molecular configurations of the atoms, before and after the change in molecular structure.

I just watched those debates and the Loose Change guys were weak at best. They were typically imature, hostile, rebellion-minded young men that totally failed at conducting themselves with any? grace.

1. Ok. You say it fell at free fall. Free fall acceleration, a, is 9.81 m/s^2. Lets calculate? the time from start of fall to finish. The height of a tower was 1727 feet to the spire-top. Expressed in meters that is 526 m.
Using the free fall equation:
Delta h = 0.5*a*t^2
we get:
526 m = 0.5*(9.81m/s^2)*(t^2)
Solving for t, we get:
t =? 10.3 seconds
Of course air friction would slow it down some. How long did the towers actually take to fall after the moment of impact?
